Contractor shall remove the wallpaper, prepare the walls for paint, and paint the walls indicated on the Request for Quotation. Contractor shall temporarily remove and store all wall art; protect all flooring, wood trim, and adjacent materials; remove light switch covers and label; remove the wallpaper; repair, sand, and prime the walls; paint the walls with a durable scrubbable paint; rehang artwork in original locations; and reinstall the light switch covers.
