Work to occur during standard working hours; loud activities to occur in early morning or late afternoon in coordination with end users. Pack up countertop items and any items inside cabinets that need to be relocated. Coordinate with end user and move to a temporary location. Disconnect and reconnect in a temporary location the refrigerator and microwave for use by end users; coordinate location with end users. Provide power as required at temp location. Protect and relocate existing furniture in coordination with end users. Remove rug and padding; taking rug to professional cleaner and have it cleaned; reinstall rug and new non-slip pad (similar to existing) after construction along with furniture. Remove existing laminate countertop and backsplash, taking care to protect existing cabinets to remain. Convert on lower cabinet door into a pull-out trash drawer. Remove existing shelf. Convert existing cabinet door by adding pull-out tracks and pull hardware to match existing half-moon hardware. Provide and install removable trash bin. Install water line for new refrigerator. Build new surround around refrigerator to match existing cabinetry. Depth to match adjacent microwave cabinet. Clear width and height should accommodate standard 36" wide refrigerator with ice maker and water. Left front stationary panel should be cut to fit against curved wall. Seal gap. Refinish existing wood cabinets in consistent finish to match existing. Provide alternate to replace heavily worn cabinet doors. Refinishing should include all visible sides and edges. Refinish the outside and inside of door into chambers office suite to match existing finish on each side. Wallcovering replacement. Remove, protect and store existing artwork. Remove existing wallcovering. Patch and repair drywall to provide smooth service for new wallcovering. Install new wallcovering per manufacturer's recommendations. Reinstall artwork; coordinate locations with end users. Refinish existing wood flooring. Install new solid quartz countertop with new 16 ga stainless steel sink and 2-spray pull-down faucet (sim. to Joleena HighArch) in polished nickel finish to match cabinet knobs. Install new tile backsplash from countertop to underside of upper cabinets. Connect new refrigerator to water line and install new refrigerator surround. Perform and final clean the space and return all displaced items as required.
