The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Marble Computer Incorporated for 36 months of maintenance for Marble DCD (Data Correlation and Documentation) IV software 1 (EA), under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), “Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available”. This requirement will utilize the procedures at FAR Part 12 in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. A determination by SSA not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of SSA. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which may be considered by the agency.
