The purpose of this procurement is to acquire Audio Video (AV) support and maintenance for all the AV equipment installed in the NSF HQ building located at 2415 Eisenhower Ave, Alexandria Virginia. Services to be provide by provided by qualified and certified AV technicians. AV support and maintenance includes equipment maintenance, preventative and emergency support for the Audio Video equipment in the 71 conference rooms, 59 team rooms, 120 executive offices. In addition to conference rooms NSF AV systems include 54 digital signage displays, 120 executive offices, team rooms, and the fitness center - most of these locations only include basic display and HDMI connectivity. This order also includes a requirement for onsite support for high visibility meetings to occur approximately 8 times per year.
