This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 80TECH24Q0019 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04 effective May 01, 2024, and NASA Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement effective May 08, 2024 through PN 24-04. The NAICS Code is 334516 and 1000 employees, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration has a requirement for Empyrean Multi- Purpose X-Ray Diffractometer or Equivalent. See attached Attachment A: Statement of Work.
