This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 80NSSC21R0026 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, effective July 12, 2021 This RFQ is a 100% Total Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside under NAICS code and small business size standard, 541611 and $16.5M, respectively. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a all addenda to the provision. The method of evaluation to be used by NASA will be Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and all addenda to the clause.
