NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) has a requirement for 2 (two) wide bandwidth, multi-purpose, 100kW bidirectional DC power supplies for high power applications, DC Emulator- DCE Model #108050. NASA GRC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire 2 DC Emulator- DCE Model #108050 from D&V Electronics Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Sarah DeRoche, Contracting Officer, at sarah.a.deroche@nasa.gov not later than 12:00pm EST on June 25, 2021. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
