The TOW ITAS CST sanctions ITAS crews to perform collective operational training. The CST teaches combatants to perform tactically as military members of the Heavy Weapons Vehicle, as well as train military leaders and vehicle Commanders to interact as elements of a Heavy Weapons Platoon. The training specializes in and allows military members being able to successfully perform all the collective and individual tasks necessary for a team to operate as part of a Section or Platoon and to interchange, shoot, and communicate. The contractor shall transport the CST from a government designated location to specified locations and place it into a ready to use configuration. Upon completion of the training event at each designated location, the contractor shall prepare the CST, returning it to a ready to travel configuration, for transportation to the next designated location. The contractor shall provide all necessary services to transport the CST to the desired locations identified by the Government. The contractor shall provide training support materials that will be issued to students at the end of each event.
