The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Office of Design and Construction, 1800 F Street, Room 2400, NW, Washington, DC is pursuing service in the design and deliver of course on negotiation theory and techniques for program and project managers located in regional offices. The government intends to make a single award firm-fix-price contract, with the issuance of this solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP). This is also set-aside to small business under NAICS Code 611430. The contractor shall design and deliver a tailored negotiation training curriculum to 6 classes of 30 students over the course of one year. The training program shall address negotiation scenarios drawn directly from common situations PBS project managers face in their work with small, capital, and leased projects and provide clear instruction and actionable steps project managers can take to achieve desirable outcomes from their negotiations. The contractor shall also provide qualified trainers to deliver the curriculum and shall track student progress throughout the classes.
