Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered buildings must be able to meet all Government requirements contained in Prospectus PDC-02-WA20 and in the RLP/Lease to be issued, including but not limited to requirements for fire-safety, amenities, sustainability, and handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines.
