This Sources Sought Announcement is for Operations & Maintenance, Elevator, Custodial, Grounds Maintenance & Related Services contract per the attached Draft Performance Based Work Statements (PBWSs) for the following locations: 1) San Luis I Land Port of Entry, State Highway 95 & International Border, San Luis, AZ 85349 2) San Luis II Land Port of Entry, 1375 South Avenue East, San Luis, AZ 85349 3) John M. Roll U.S. Courthouse, 98 West First Street, Yuma, AZ 85364 The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment, supplies (shipping and handling), permits, including any associated fees, and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective and economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems (including vertical transportation and all related services), and assure effective performance of custodial, grounds maintenance and related services located within the property lines of the above listed locations. This is not a request for proposal or quotes, and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award of a contract. Interested contractors should respond to this sources sought with a positive statement of interest and with answers to the requested information on the attached Industry Feedback Request Form.
