The U.S. GovernmeNT currently occupies 68,360 ABOA SF/ 75,196 RSF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Milwaukee, WI that will expire on 2/28/2026. The Government intends to negotiate a renewal option for a 5-year, 1-year firm term. The Government has a continuing need for this space for mission-related and economic reasons and anticipates exercising the renewal option unless alternativie space is economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Governmnet will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure.
