This Presolicitation Notice is to seek additional sources and notify industry of the Government’s intent to negotiate with only one source for the procurement of a quantity of two P-8A Bootstrap Equipment, P/N C71020-91 UPGRADE -105, for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) Program 290 (PMA-290) located at Jacksonville, FL. The Bootstrap Equipment is considered to be a commercial item. The intended source is Industrial Automation Inc. The Government is pursuing a non-competitive action under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901.
