General Services Administration (GSA) has a need for the continuation of janitorial and related services at JCK Federal Building, 230 S. Dearborn Street and United States Postal Service-Loop Station (LPO), 211 S. Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois. Furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, management, training/certifications, and services, except as may be expressly set forth as Government furnished, except to the extent any of the supplies may be furnished directly by the Government under the Contract, and otherwise accomplish all actions necessary to or incident to, perform and provide the work efforts described in the Contract. C.3.2.4 Hard Surface Areas The Contractor will supply 2 products manufactured by Prosoco, Inc. to deep clean the granite surfaces. The 2 products to be used are âProsoco T2515 Klean & Release, and T2518 Activatorâ using the cleaning standard described in Section J14 The desired outcome of deep cleaning is for the granite pavers and stones to have a blended, clean appearance. The deep cleaning of pavers shall be performed twice a year."
