The Government would only consider alternative space if it were economically more advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating (e.g. physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, telecommunications infrastructure, interruption of agency's mission, etc).
