The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transporation Security Administation that is expiring in Rochester, New York at the Airport. Then Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 6,929 ANSI BOMA Office Area Square Feet (ABOA SF). The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by December 30, 2022. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
