On the below requirements please provide a response if you are able to service these printers and are an authorized person to do such. Also, please provide the information for an GSA contracts that you have these on and can provide the services under. If no GSA contract, please provide NA on that question. Also please provide the social economic status of your company such as: SDVOSB, VOSB, Small Business with the designation of 8A, WOSB etc. or if you are a large business. All certified maintenance companies please provide you certification as such. Maintenance Requirements Provide all labor, parts, and consumables to maintain the copiers and ensure they are fully operational.   Provide the Requesting Agency with an itemized maintenance checklist of all tasks performed during service calls. Respond to verbal or written (email) requests for service calls within (4) hours and shall repair the copier within four (4) working hours.   When a copier cannot be repaired within four (4) working hours, the Contractor shall provide a backup copier upon verbal or written (email) notification by the Requesting Agency that a backup copier is required. Perform quarterly maintenance on each copier during normal business hours M-F. Coordinate with the Agency COR, to perform quarterly maintenance outside of normal business hours (i.e., weekend/holiday hours).  Replace any worn parts or accessories as necessary. Provide the Requesting Agency a documented list of parts that are nearing the end of service life and make recommendations as to when the parts require replacing.
