VETERANS GOLDEN AGE GAMES TRANSPORTATION SERVICES This is a sources sought notice only and is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 485510 Charter Bus Industry. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this sources sought notice is not adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. The Sioux Falls VA Medical Center, located at 2501 W. 22nd St, Sioux Falls, SD 57105, is seeking qualified potential contractors to provide ambulatory and non-ambulatory transportation services from August 22, 2024 to August 31, 2024. The work required consists of providing transportation services for approximately 30 passengers, with room for at least two wheelchairs or scooters, from Sioux Falls VA Medical Center to a hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah and back to Sioux Falls VA Medical Center at the conclusion of the event, as well as daily travel in Salt Lake City to and from the hotel to various athletic events for the Golden Age Games. To respond to this sources sought notice, please complete the attached form titled Response Form to Sources Sought Notice and email the information requested to Chelsea Henize Himes, Contract Specialist, at Chelsea.henizehimes@va.gov. The closing date and time of this sources sought notice is July 17th at 10:00 AM Central Time. This is not a solicitation and in no way obligates the government to award any contract. Additionally, a response to this sources sought notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of any forthcoming solicitation.
