This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to announce that the Government requires multiple contractors to provide fabrication and/or repair services of prosthetic and orthopedic devices in strict conformance to the prescriptions provided by the VA Amputee Clinic Team and/or treating physicians. This acquisition will supplement The VA New Mexico and Arizona facilities in providing comprehensive prosthetic care and support to the Veterans in need. All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database found at www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission and at the time of award. Additionally, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses who respond to a solicitation must be registered and verified on the Small Business Administration (SBA) website located at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ The contract will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a five (5) year period. All requirements shall be detailed in the impending solicitation to be issued on SAM on or about January 5, 2024. No questions will be answered prior to the solicitation being released.
