All information contained in this Sources Sought Announcement is preliminary, as well as subject to modification, and is in no way binding on the Government. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is conducting market research to determine potential sources that possess the skills, capabilities, and experience necessary to provide Special Mode Ground Transportation Services for VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS), 2615 E. Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703. The performance period is anticipated to include a five (5) year, firm-fixed price, IDIQ contract. It is anticipated that the period of performance will begin on March 1, 2025. The information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the VA not to open the requirement to open competition, based on responses to this sources sought synopsis is solely within the discretion of the VA. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this sources sought synopsis. The Capabilities Statement for this sources sought is not expected to be a Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach, but rather short statements regarding the company s ability to demonstrate experience in relation to the areas specified herein. All information received in response to this sources sought notice will be marked as proprietary and will be handled accordingly.
