This is a notice of intent to sole source a contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), only one source being available to meet the Government s need. The contract is estimated for final completion by 11/30/2025. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 513210: Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $47.0 Million. The FSC/PSC is 6515: Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment and Supplies. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and award a sole source, firm fixed price contract for the procurement of Equipment Service and Supplies needed to perform a Multi factor authentication subscription to Sikrit LLC, 330 E Liberty Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104-2274. There are no other source of supply/service that will satisfy agency requirements. Sikrit LLC. Software subscription was the only one identified that can meet San Francisco VA Health Care System (VASFHCS) requirement. There are no other known sources capable of meeting the requirement. The San Francisco VA Health Care System is seeking to procure the following: ITEM/DESCRIPTION QTY Period of Performance Multi Factor Authentication Subscription 1 Year 12/01/2024-11/30/2025 Any responsible source that feels it is capable in performing this requirement may submit a quote for the above listed items and describe and/or submit documentation to support your capabilities. The response will be considered by the agency. If you are not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), you must submit an authorized distributor letter signed by the OEM. If you are not the OEM and a small business, you must indicate in your response how you will comply with limitations on subcontracting and/or the non-manufacturer rule. Responses should be submitted to Alex Hernandez at Alex.Hernandez@va.gov no later than November 25, 2024, at 08:00am PT to be considered. If no responses are received, the Government will continue with its sole source procurement, and a sole source Request for Quote will be published to contract opportunities in accordance with FAR 5.102.
