Modify Surgical Clean Core Project 575-20-201 VA Western Colorado Health Care System This project is to improve fire safety through separation and storage improvements in the Surgical Clean Core (Room 3635) and adjacent storage rooms on the 3rd floor in Building 1 at the Grand Junction VA campus, 2121 North Ave., Grand Junction, CO 81501. The project area is in the surgical suite and requires the highest levels of infection control. Effectiveness of infection control measures and quality of renovation work rather than efficiency of construction will be the measures of success for this project. All work in each phase shall be completed, inspected, accepted and occupied by the Government prior to any work associated with the next phase begins. This full solicitation will be 100% Service-Disabled Small Business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard $39.5M. Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a total Service-Disabled Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
