Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, North Texas VA Health Care System is soliciting proposals to provide TSPOT TB Tests IAW the Statement of Work. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about September 4, 2019, with a closing date for proposals on or about September 18, 2019. The solicitation will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov. Interested contractors may download copies of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. No hard copies will be made available. The solicitation provides full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. The government will perform a comparative evaluation in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) to evaluate offers and anticipates making a single award of fixed price contract for this requirement. The NAICS Code is 325413. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit proposals which shall be considered by the Agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base at https://www.sam.gov/index.html/#1.
