Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This contract requires safety device testing services at two separate locations: the Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center in North Little Rock, AR, and the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital in Little Rock, AR. The scope is strictly limited to safety device testing and minor calibrations; it explicitly excludes internal boiler inspections, non-destructive testing, repairs, parts replacement, and emergency call-out services. The contractor must follow the most current, 7th Edition of the VHA Boiler Plant Safety Device Testing Manual. While OEM authorization letters are not required, personnel must have specific trade school and experience qualifications, and all equipment must be properly calibrated. Any recommended repairs are to be reported to the COR, and separate quotes for such work can be provided.
