The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is searching for vendors with the capabilities to provide a 3rd party, QEI 1 Certified elevator Inspection of all elevators two times per year. The type of tests includes one Periodic Inspection per year, one Annual Safety Test per year, and a Five Year Load Test once every five years. This will take place at the Hines, IL VAMC located at 5000 South Avenue. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, material, parts, software, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary for execution of the work to be performed under this Contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541350.
