Contractor shall provide in-person-fitting for essential gear to include ballistic vest, duty belts, and clothing items (within 30 miles of 820 S Damen Avenue, Chicago, Il 60612). Contractor shall carry a reasonable amount of required duty gear at primary location (within 30 miles of 820 S Damen Avenue, Chicago, IL 60612) to properly outfit same day new hire issuance. Contractor shall provide in-person pickup of product to not incur freight/shipping costs to government. All alterations of purchased duty gear or ballistic vests will be replaced by the company if there is an improper fit discovered. Proper fit is crucial for efficiency/safety of the wear of the duty gear and ballistic vest. Employees will be able to return to local vendor for alterations and adjustments.
