The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide Insight MR Table Accessories (Brand Name or Equal) for the Milwaukee VAMC. General Requirements: Insight MR Table Accessories (Brand Name or Equal) Salient Characteristics: Must be compatible with the Siemens MAGNETOM SKYRA 3T Table and Scanner Table inlay dimensions Must not exceed: a. Length (L) : 198 cm [77.96 in ] b. Width (W) : 51.4 cm [20.25 in ] c. Height (H) : 1.5 cm [0.59 in ] Must have a load rating up to 500 lbs. All equipment must work in conjunction to create an image and treatment positioning device for the required MRI solutions Includes an overlay that must be mounted directly on top of the current MRI tabletop and must be compatible with Siemens Magnetom Aera, Skyra, and Vida tabletops. Must allow the use of MR compatible patient positioning devices during MR scanning for radiotherapy. Must also be compatible with Portrait head only S-Frame thermoplastic masks and have indexing notched every 70 millimeters. Must include a head and body coil holder that are intended to position the body and head coils, allowing a patient to undergo imaging in the same position as that of the treatment position. Coil Holders must also be available for Siemens Magnetom Aera, Skyra, and Vida scanners using Flex 4, Body 6, and Body 18 coils.
