Patient Television Service for Dayton VAMC The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified, prospective offerors interested in the forthcoming solicitation for the subject requirement summarized as follows: Short Title: Patient Television Service for Dayton VAMC NAICS-517111: Wired Telecommunication Carriers Place of Performance: Dayton VA Medical Center in Ohio Anticipated Periods of Performance: The performance periods include a base year plus four option years (if exercised) summarized as follows: Base Year:Â 12/22/2024 to 12/21/2025 Option Year One (OY1):Â 12/22/2025 to 12/21/2026 Option Year Two (OY2):Â 12/22/2026 to 12/21/2027 Option Year Three (OY3):Â 12/22/2027 to 12/21/2028 Option Year Four (OY4):Â 12/22/2028 to 12/21/2029 Attachment 1 for Reference: Final draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for reference as appropriate.
