This market research is being conducted to determine if there are enough small businesses capable of fulfilling this requirement. We have attached a SOW to help you decide if you could respond to a solicitation. Please reply by email indicating your ability to fulfill an IDIQ for Optical Lens Manufacturing. In response, please indicate your type of small business (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, WO, etc.). Please respond by 5:00 pm Monday, 11/02/2020 to christopher.blazejewski@va.gov
