The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), San Juan; Puerto Rico is conducting market research to identify potential sources with the qualification to provide preventive maintenance (PM) service and repairs for the Integrated Security Electronic System at the following locations: San Juan, Puerto Rico VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), Ponce Outpatient Clinic (POPC), Arecibo Community Base Outpatient Clinic (ACBOC), Guayama Community Base Outpatient Clinic (GCBOC), Utuado Rural Outpatient Clinic, Comerio Rural Outpatient Clinic, St Thomas Community Base Outpatient Clinic (St. Thomas CBOC) and St Croix Community Base Outpatient Clinic (St. Croix CBOC), Ceiba Outpatient Clinic (COPC), Vieques Rural Outpatient Clinic and VACHS Carolina Warehouse. The purpose of this Source Sought notice is to identify Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, and Large Business interested in this procurement, the level of experience, qualifications, and whether it might be suitable for a specific small business socioeconomic group set-aside. This procurement is a requirement for a long term contract with a twelve (12) months Base Period and four (4) twelve (12) months Option Periods for total contract period of sixty months.
