The purpose of this notice is for market research; to make the appropriate acquisition decision and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 621511, Medical Laboratories with a size standard of $35M. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System is seeking a business to provide Cobas 6800 molecular reagents, controls and consumables for the VA Caribbean Healthcare System in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Fax, Email, DUNS Number, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc...) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements.
