Veterans Affairs Contracting in Miami Florida has a requirement for patient health education in the form of 3D medical animations and illustrations, to be provided via contractor-hosted website, and is seeking sources capable of providing for the requirement. Section 508 compliance required. Animations no longer than 10 minutes, closed captioning in English and Spanish, and usage statistics for titles/collections are required. Contractor will provide one training webinar each year for site coordinators. Likely contract vehicle will be a blanket purchase agreement allowing for yearly orders from up to 8 main facilities. Main facilities include satellite sites numbering around 90 in total. Anticipated contract length will be one base year plus four option years, however this is subject to change and determined by the Contracting Officer. Likely award date NLT 7/1/2020, or as quickly as possible, depending on the circumstances surrounding the acquisition.
