This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33744 has a need to purchase four (4) transformers including labor, tools, materials, along with supervision when removing and replacing the transformers as listed below. Square D Power-Zone/ABB transformers is the referenced manufacturer, brand name or equal. The RFQ # is 36C24820Q0485. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 (01-15-2020). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Small Business (SB). The NAICS Code is 335311; the size standard is 750. Note, interested SDVOSB/VOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. **Site Visit is scheduled for 18 March 2020 at 10:00 AM EST. All Contractors shall meet in the Lobby of Building 100, promptly at that time. The Site Visit is highly encouraged to view the space of where the transformers will be removed/replaced and provide a more accurate quote.
