This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information for the full leasing, preventative maintenance, and repair of a Siemens Symbia mobile dual-head gamma camera for the Central Alabama Veterans Healthcare System in Montgomery, Alabama. The required services include delivery, installation, onsite training, and 24/7 technical support, with all repairs to be completed by OEM-certified personnel within 48 hours of failure. The mobile unit must be delivered to and parked at 215 Perry Hill Road in Montgomery, where it will remain onsite for the performance period. The expected period of performance is six to eight months, with installation required within 30 days of award. The contractor must also remove the unit and securely handle patient data hard drives upon contract completion.
