Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC) Abatement and Hazardous Material Removal IDIQ SOLICITATION NO: 36C24624R0022. This is a pre-solicitation notice for 36C24624R0022, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) for asbestos and other hazardous material abatement services for the Salem VA Medical Center. The Salem VAMC has a requirement to provide on-going abatement services to the entire campus located at 1970 Roanoke Blvd, Salem Virginia, 24153. The intent of the project is to award multiple base plus four IDIQ contracts. Under the IDIQs, all contract work will be completed through individual task orders awarded for individual projects located on campus. All work will be in accordance with individual task order requirements, specifications, and drawings as provided with each project. Each task order will be priced individually and will include its own wage determination and period of performance. This requirement will be solicited under the NAICS code 562910- Remediation Services This NAICS code has a Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standard of $25 Million.
