Notice of Intent to Issue Sole Source Award The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6), intends to negotiate with Impac Systems Engineering, LLC on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for the POSTPRO DP PRO De-Powdering Solution, (Item #400200) and Installation/Training for the Richmond VAMC. POSTPRO DP PRO is the solution for cleaning or shot blasting parts hour after hour, eliminating time and cost-consuming interventions. It is ergonomically designed and equipped with features to increase cleaning millions of parts. Suitable for all commonly used materials and geometries, and additionally can be used for shot blasting. Delivering parts ready for use or for other post-processing steps. This equipment is Brand Name Only for standardization at the Richmond VAMC.
