DESCRIPTION This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 04, 100 S. Independence Mall W. 5th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19106 is seeking to purchase the Delivery of Brand Name Only Leica BOND-PRIME Processing Module, salient characteristics are specified in the Statement of Need (SON), Paragraph 3.1, for the VA Lebanon.
