Crescenz Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CMC VAMC), located at 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104 has an urgent need to procure an updated voice recording system to monitor all calls coming into the medical center for the facility operators, Police service emergency phones and radio transmissions. a. Upgrade from NICE Inform Essential R7 to R10.0 on a new service. Provide 6 recording channels, analog and Cisco Active VoIP recording. Include migration of existing data to the new system. b. Provide warranty on the entire system installation for a minimum of one year from the date of system acceptance by the CMC VAMC. Component warranties shall be honored for the term established by the manufacturer, if greater than one year. c. Provide a designated supervisor that is responsible and in charge of the project site during all phases of the installation and testing of the project. d. Provide a project maintenance binder with all manufacturer specific operating and maintenance instructions manuals for each piece of equipment installed. e. Provide two operator and maintenance training sessions on the completed systems at a reasonable convenience of the CMC VAMC during normal business hours. f. Provide the source code for the control system to the CMC VAMC upon completion of project installation.
