No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 4 provides Home Oxygen delivery and set-up to Veteran beneficiaries in Pennsylvania and Ohio Counties (see below for potential catchment areas). The Contractor(s) shall be responsible for providing Home Oxygen services/supplies to Veteran beneficiaries serviced by VISN 4 Prosthetics and Sensory Aid Service (P&SAS). The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, transportation of equipment, set-up, labor, supervision, patient education, safety management, and infection control, as necessary, for patients on home respiratory care therapy. Potential sites for services include: Erie VA Medical Center in Erie, PA. Erie VAMC Catchment Area: Pennsylvania: New York Counties- Chautauqua, Cattaraugus; Pennsylvania Counties- Warren, Venango, Crawford, Mercer, Forrest, Cameron, Potter, Jefferson, Kane; Ohio Counties- Ashtabula, Lake, Geauga, Trumbal This sources sought notice is issued in an attempt to determine the level of interest among qualified VETBIZ registered Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SD/VOSB) and Small Businesses (SB) to provide the services described above. Only qualified VETBIZ registered SD/VOSB and SBs should respond to this notice. Responses from vendors other than SD/VOSB registered vendors or SBs will not be considered. Responses will assist VA planners in determining an appropriate acquisition and set-aside strategy which best fit VA requirements. Interested VETBIZ registered SD/VOSBs and SBs are requested to respond to this notice no later than December 7, 2020, 12:00 PM Eastern Time. With your response please provide a MAXIMUM two (2) page capability statement (additional attachments/pages will not be reviewed) summarizing experience and past performance in providing home oxygen services.
