Name of Contractor: APNEA CARE INC Street Address: 156 SONWIL DR City, State, Zip: Buffalo, NY The objective of this action is the procurement for: Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 Upstate intends to award a sole source contract for Home Oxygen services to Apnea Care Inc. a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, for the procurement of Home Oxygen Supplies for Veteran patients located in the Albany, Bath, Canandaigua, Syracuse, WNY and their entire catchment area (including outpatient clinics).
