Period of performance: To be completed within 30 days from Award Date. Basic description of the requirement: One-time on-site annual preventive maintenance services of (265) Alaris PC model 8015 units, (420) LVP 8100 Alaris Infusion Pumps, (37) 8110 Infusion Pump Syringe pumps, and (20) Alaris 8120 Infusion Pump PCA. Work shall be performed by CareFusion Field Service Technician Affiliates. Place of Performance: James J.
