NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Officer 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase to include two one-year options, to STRYKER SALES, LLC., 1914 STRYKER WAY, PORTAGE, MI 49002 for a ProCare Prevent Service Agreement at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215. This ProCare Prevent Service Agreement shall include: scheduled preventative maintenance services, unscheduled repairs, provide the use of loaner equipment, software support, and training of VA personnel on the following equipment: Medical Keyboard Us/Intl, Patient Tracker Em-D Mini, Registration Pointer Em-D, Wired ProCare Mouse, Navigation Software Nova Ar, Hybrid Navigation Unit Em, Field Generator Planar ProCare, Field Generator Mounting Arm. NAICS Code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the classification code is PSC J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies with a small business size standard of $22 million. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
