Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature of their proposed product. Interested parties must identify their product as brand name or equal . The equal product(s) must have the same physical, functional, or performance characteristics as the item(s) referenced above. Interested parties response shall include: Company Name DUNS number Address Point of Contact & Title Phone Number Email Address. Interested parties shall also identify their type of business (e.g., small, large) and socioeconomic status whether Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Hubzone, 8(a), Woman Owned, Small Disadvantaged, etc. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this is 339113, Surgical Appliances and Supplies Manufacturing (size standard of 500 employees). Responses are to be sent via email to Danelle.Wassink@va.gov. Only emailed requests received directly from the interested party are acceptable. Facsimile responses will not be accepted. After review of the response(s) to the SOURCES SOUGHT notice, a solicitation announcement may be published on the BETA.SAM.GOV website. Responses to the SOURCES SOUGHT notice are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested parties will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to the SOURCES SOUGHT notice. Interested parties are reminded to register with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
