THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT TO THE SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE PUBLISHED ON APRIL 2, 2020 IS TO REVISE EVALUATION CRITERIA - #5 LOCATION from 300- mile radius to 400- mile radius to design site as follows: (5) Location within a 400-mile radius to the design site (St. Albans, NY) and knowledge of the location (St. Albans, NY); provided that the application of this criterion leaves an appropriate number of qualified firms, given the nature and size of the contract, firms/teams will be evaluated on the locations of their office or offices that will be performing the work under this contract. i. The A/E Firm proximity to the NY Harbor Healthcare System, St. Albans Campus, 179-00 Linden Blvd, St. Albans, NY 11425. ii. This distance is determined according to http://maps.google.com/ iii. This factor evaluates the distance the AE firm's design office or offices from the location of work. Please provide the address (es) and distance of your closest office to the address listed SDVOSB firms desiring consideration must have a working office located within 400 miles of the St. Albans, New York city limits and be licensed in New York State. All other terms of the Sources Sought remain unchanged.
