The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA Bedford Healthcare System, has a requirement for the rental of parking facilities. The purpose of the contract is to provide parking space for employees of the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital, 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA 01730. Parking space is to be provided for sixty (60) vehicles total. It is the Government s intention to solicit and negotiate only with one source. The anticipated value of this requirement is approximately $515,000 for a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. This is not a solicitation; it is notice of intent to sole source a requirement. Inquiries/information received after the established deadline shall not be considered. The submission of any data for review shall not impede award of this contract as planned. The Government does not intend to pay for information solicited. This synopsis is issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1.
