The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Human Capital Management Services (AHCMS) has a requirement for procuring a contract for organizational membership services in the areas of acquisition workforce training and development and competency assessment. This requirement will be fulfilled by National Contract Management Association (NCMA) 21740 Beaumeade Circle, Suite 125, Ashburn, VA 20147. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), due to only one responsible source being able to provide this requirement, the contracting officer determined that sole source procurement to be in the best interest of the Government.
