This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only. ****This RFI notice is a replacement to RFI 36C10X22Q0031. All respondents of 36C10X22Q0031 still need to reply to this notice if interested.**** The Department of Veterans Affairs is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to this announcement. The Department of Veteran Affairs requires the services of a professional agency to furnish the supplies and services customarily provided by a full-service advertising agency in order to support Suicide Prevention programs for the Department of Veteran Affairs, Washington, DC and the Defense Suicide Prevention Office, Arlington, VA. The contractor shall provide a full range of services from development of a tactical advertising strategy through the production and distribution of a wide-range of advertising formats (i.e., TV, radio, print media, internet, direct etc.). Approaches for reducing suicide among military service members, veterans, and their family members should be FboNoticeed in a strong public health framework that addresses the full range of risk and protective factors through evidence-based, interdisciplinary approaches, and balances the role of policy, program execution, engagement, and evaluation. Over the past 20 years, there have been many efforts designed to address suicide, including among the military and veteran populations. In outlining this strategy, we aim to build upon these efforts, rather than creating duplication or confusion across initiatives. The contractor shall plan and execute advertising, promotional, and publicity programs to support all Suicide Prevention programs with the focus on the following priorities outlined in both National Strategy for Preventing Suicide (2018 2028) and the White House Strategy for Reducing Military and Veteran Suicide (2021). All responsible sources may identify their interest. Please see the RFI in the below attachments. See attached document: National Safeguard RFI v.2.
