NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) intends to award a sole source contract to KUSI Global, LLC., 12200 Turley Dr. North Potomac, MD 20878-4707. The proposed sole source action will acquire an array of Professional Development, Leadership, and Diversity Training Support to include the Ancillary Services required to educate the VA / SAC Staff. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. § 3304(e)(4)(D), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) § 6.302-5(b)(4), Authorized by Statute, Sole source award under the 8(a) Program. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training. The size standard is $12 million dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for information (RFI), proposal, or quotations. This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to make an award on a sole source basis for Professional Development, Leadership, and Diversity Training Support to include the Ancillary Services required to facilitate the requested training.
