Combined Synopsis and Solicitation The Veterans Benefits Administration, Roanoke Regional Benefit Office, 210 Franklin Road SW, Roanoke, VA 24011 has a requirement for a contract providing an Employee Assistance Program. The applicable NAICS code is 624190. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses with valid registrations at the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) website (http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov) as well as valid registration at the System for Award Management, website (http://sam.gov/). Both company profiles must be registered under the applicable NAICS codes to be considered responsive. Questions regarding this announcement and subsequent RFQ may be directed to the Contracting Officer via email to Heather Allen at heather.allen@va.gov. To ensure all prospective quoters receive equal access to all information about this notice and subsequent RFQ, all questions will be answered via an Amendment to the RFQ and no further information will be released about the RFQ prior to its posting at Contract Opportunities.
