This message is intended to provide all interested parties with an update on Notice ID 36C10B24R0001 - VA Enterprise Human Capital Management Modernization. BE ADVISED: The acquisition strategy for the VA Enterprise Human Capital Management Modernization has been revised. VA will be pursuing a split acquisition by separately procuring Human Capital Management Cloud based solution subscription licenses with associated maintenance and support. Then, in a separate solicitation, VA will procure a systems integrator of the Human Capital Management Cloud based solution subscription licenses with associated maintenance and support stated above. As such, Notice ID 36C10B24R0001 - VA Enterprise Human Capital Management Modernization has been canceled. The Human Capital Management Cloud based solution subscription licenses with associated maintenance and support stated above is currently posted on SAM.gov as Notice ID 36C10B25Q0084 - 7A21--RFI 36C10B25Q0084 | EHCM Modernization Subscriptions, Maintenance and Support.
